Welcome to the Hotel Gateway Inn website. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Reservations

Identification: All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) upon check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present a valid Passport and Visa.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or voucher from Hotel Gateway Inn.
2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard Timings: Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk in advance to make arrangements.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made [e.g., 24/48 hours] prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking rate type.

No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation (or the first night’s stay) will be charged and is non-refundable.

Refunds: Processed refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Airport Shuttle Service

Availability: Shuttle services to and from Kempegowda International Airport are available for an additional fee.

Scheduling: To ensure timely transfers, guests must coordinate their flight timings with the front desk at least [e.g., 4 hours] in advance. The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or external factors.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Damage to Property: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay.

Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, smoking in non-smoking zones, and creating a public nuisance are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the room category (Deluxe or Superior).
6. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and cash.

For corporate bookings, specific billing instructions must be provided at the time of reservation.
7. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Gateway Inn is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes (available on demand) for valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by "Force Majeure" events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages beyond our 24/7 backup capability).
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for reservation purposes and to improve your stay experience.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Hotel Gateway Inn reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
